The 2025 IGC International Spirits (Hong Kong) Competition is co-organized by the Hong Kong General Chamber of liquor Merchants, Shenzhen liquor Industry Association, and Ketong International Exhibition (Guangzhou) and other organizations. Mr. Ji Keliang, former chairman of Moutai Group, is specially invited to serve as the chief consultant of the expert committee. The jury brings together authoritative tasters, industry experts and international judges from around the world. It adopts a full blind tasting mechanism and national third-party testing dual standards to ensure that the selection results are objective and fair, attracting more than a thousand spirits from more than 50 countries and regions around the world to participate.
